We start by understanding the property, the architecture, and what you are trying to accomplish. No sales process. Just a direct conversation about whether this is the right fit, and what a project here would actually look like.
Solar is worked into the actual architectural plan, not added as an afterthought. We design the system in relationship to the roof geometry, the architecture of the home, and the electrical goals, so every decision is made intentionally before anything is built.
We work directly with the project's architect and builder so the roof and the solar system are engineered as one. Structural, electrical, and roofing considerations are resolved together, not handed off between separate contractors who never speak to each other.
We handle all permit applications and approvals with the local authority having jurisdiction. The client and their team never touch this.
Roofing, electrical, and structural work is executed under Sternholt's direct direction. One contract, one team, one firm accountable for the finished roof.
After the project is complete, we remain the point of contact for warranty, performance questions, and long-term support. A 30-year roof warranty and 25-year power warranty means this relationship does not end at installation.
